The whole process from the initial contact for a quote (which was the very next day) to the completion of the project was only 6 days!!! It was everything the website claimed to be and do. The patio area is now free of stumps, rocks and roots. It’s now level and a clean palette for new owners to create their own masterpiece. They not only hauled off the 4 yards of debris and dirt, they also hauled off a load of junk wood….All in a little over 3 hours…Wow! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the price. I would definitely hire DemoXterior again. Thank you guys for a job well done!

DemoXterior did an incredible job, all aspects of demolition, removal, excavation and re-grading the back yard of my home. They provided a complete service - navigating tight spaces, a steep slope and hazardous footing, to the demolition an old concrete pond, removal of concrete and other debris, graded the brought in feel to create a useable space. Professional, prompt, good communication. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with DemoXterior from the moment we had a quote given. They were able to move on our project within a few days and got the job done all within a day (full yard demo and regrade). When a sprinkler was hit, they didn’t hesitate to replace it at no charge.

We were very pleased with this service. We had a large planter box that needed to be removed, along with a great amount of dirt. They also removed some very tall bamboo and cleaned up an overgrown area in our very large backyard. There was no way that we could’ve done it ourselves by hand without hours of labor. They came prepared with the right equipment and staffing. They completed in a timely manner and went above and beyond.

They were honest, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, speedy, and efficient. They removed our retaining wall, pea gravel, grass and some fencing odds and ends. The leveled out our yard, as well.
They were careful to leave what we wanted to keep, and hauled away what we wanted gone.
The price was quite reasonable for the scope of our needs.

DemoXterior did an excellent job at a fair and competitive price. I would highly recommend choosing them for your next project. They did the demolition of our single car garage as well as yard leveling. Not only were they fast, they were careful not to damage anything and had positive interactions with the neighbors. DemoXterior did a great job with my yard excavation and leveling project. I have an older house and access to the yard is tight and tricky so I was really relieved to find someone who had the willingness and ability to tackle it! They cleaned up well and did the job in less time than expected. I will absolutely call them again for future projects.

Such a great way to start 2026 by having DemoXterior come out for a big run of junk removal in North Portland - St. Johns. Had a washer and dryer and hot tub sitting in my yard for so long and they made quick work of removing those items and so much more! It’s amazing how fast it got done with the right equipment and for a very reasonable rate. Very friendly and great communication throughout the process - from coming out promptly for the free estimate to the very end. So happy to put my money toward a real local small business in this economy. Already have future plans for them to come back out and do more because they were so great
